Children’s workshops:
discovery of Mandarin Chinese

Discover the Chinese language and culture while having fun!

Tè Tao offers Martinican children aged 6 to 10 the opportunity to discover Chinese culture in its entirety. Geography, history, traditional festivals, everyday customs, and an introduction to writing and language are just some of the themes covered with the aim of raising awareness among young children about this rich culture.

From September 2026, Tè Tao will offer a service dedicated to children from the age of 6 .

Workshop activities

Goals

  • From 6 years old

  • Fun introductory workshops lasting 1 hour

  • Varied activities : interactive games, cultural discovery, manual activities, songs, mini cooking workshops...

  • learn everyday words and simple sentences

  • to arouse interest in Chinese language and culture

  • stimulate the child in his learning journey by encouraging him to take an interest in international studies

  • develop open-mindedness through the values of tolerance and kindness

  • and above all ... learn while having fun !
